Street Fighter Alpha 3 isn't simply a sequel to the one of the best street fighter series, it is one of the most ground breaking games ever, one of the most perfect games ever made by a master of fighting games, capcom.

Graphically the graphics are very similar to those of VS. already published by capcom for playstation, that is, the character design and background stages are very anime-like, instead of those cd used in street fighter, the characters really more realistic than they were in Street Fighter II, every detail on a character that missed in SFII is now here, personally those character designs are way better than they were in SFII, just take Zangief for example, he is a lot more macho and bigger than in SFII. But Zangief isn't alone, every single character in Street Fighter was redrawn to a better version (except DJ, he looks like still in SFII time).
But we can't hide the fact of frames missing from arcade, every those who didn't play the Arcade version will notice that characters lost frames, but this flaw is almost unnoticeable, and the characters are slightly bigger than they were in Street Fighter Zero 2
